Therm’s Saved – 1,997,966
Utility Costs Saved – $7,857,140.00
Building Sq Ft Covered – 39,233,440

Vectren 2015:
Walmart (1,228,500’) – Installed (18) ER-242-800 Rack Systems in conjunction with (40) 25 ton Roof Top Units. The Racks eliminate stratification by distributing the heating and cooling evenly throughout the facility using 594,000 cfm with only 31.5 hp.
Vectren Rebate – $50,000 Max (76,797 therms saved)
Duke Energy – $60,000 (1,726,000 kWh saved)

Duke 2015:
Allpoints 6 (950,000’) – (8) ER-242-800 Rack Systems in conjunction with (2) Rupp RAM 30 MAU. The Racks and MAUs heat the facility and bring in 57,000 cfm of outside air during occupied operation hours. During unoccupied operation hours, the MAU will shut off and the (8) ER-242-800 units will heat the facility.
Vectren Rebate – $50,000 Max (93,196 therms saved)
Duke Energy – $16,000 (320,000 kWh saved)

Vectren 2016:
Hachette (420,000’) – utilized (2) of the existing King MAUs and (9) ER-242-800 Rack Units. The (2) MAUs meet ASHRAE 62.1 fresh air requirement and turn off during unoccupied operation. The (9) Racks carry the heat load during the unoccupied operation, aide in heating during occupied and provide one air turnover per hour.
Vectren Rebate – $50,000 Max (81,725 therms saved)

Duke 2016:
Aisin (262,000’) – (9) ER-242-800 Rack Units to heat the facility. Aisin was able to turn off all (22) Aaon RTUs during winter operation, which contributed to a 65% reduction in kWh usage. The (9) Rack Units heated the facility to 70°-0° and provided 2 air turnovers per hour.
Duke Energy – $44,900 (449,000 kWh saved)

Vectren 2017:
Stryker (585,000’) – Due to the strict FDA regulations Stryker’s HVAC system had to maintain between 68°- 70° in summer and winter and keep humidity levels below 40% so (14) ER-242-800s + (2) ER-142-400s to heat the warehouse in the winter and to distribute cooling in the summer. Stryker installed temperature and humidity sensors from ceiling to floor throughout the facility to monitor climate levels
Vectren Rebate – $100,000 Max (126,787 therms saved)

Duke 2017:
Becton Dickenson (650,000’) – Installed (24) Rack Units, (10) combination Heating and Cooling, (8) Cooling only and (6) Heating only, to distribute tempered air throughout Becton’s distribution warehouse. Becton Dickinson reduced their utility usage by 50%.
Duke Energy – $56,000 (800,000 kWh saved)

Citizen 2018:
Ameriplex #4 (890,000’) – Installed (8) ER-242-800s + (4) Rupp RAM 25 MAUs. The MAUs run during occupied hours to meet ASHRAE 62.1 and shut off during unoccupied hours (65% of the time). The Racks carry the heat load during unoccupied hours, supplement heat during occupied hours and provide summer ventilation.
Indiana Power and Light Rebate – $26,826 (383,230 kWh savings)

Vectren 2018:
APM8 (708,000’) – Installed (6) ER-242-800s + (4) Rupp Ram 30 MAUs over specified 100% Outside Air Units. By choosing to go with The Rack Units over Cambridge style MAUs, APM8 reduced their operating costs by over $200,000 per year.
Vectren Rebate – $100,000 Max (125,000 therms saved)

NIPSCO 2019:
Winona Powder Coating (258,000’) – Air Energy provided (8) ER-242-800s + (1) ER-142-400 and (1) ER-130-250. The Rack Units were able to raise the temperature in the space to 70°, while at the same time lowering costs and usage of both natural gas (therms) and electricity (kWh). Reduced utility costs by $0.38/sqft.
NIPSCO – Natural Gas: $44,855 (89,890 therms saved)

Vectren 2019:
Tractor Supply Company (750,000’) – Air Energy provided (13) ER-242-800s and used (2) Existing Makeup Air Units set up on CO2 sensors to meet ASHRAE 62.1 fresh air code. The Racks heated the building to 70° and are incorporated with night setback thermostats to reduce temperature and utility usage while TSC is unoccupied.
Vectren Rebate – $100,000 Max (167,295 therms saved)
