CUSTOMER: Trammell Crow
LOCATION: Noblesville, IN
CONTRACTOR: Ace Air
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS: Trammell Crow wanted the design HVAC contractor to explore new ways to up-grade the low heating efficiencies of standard unit heaters and the constant moving of these heaters in their spec buildings.
PROBLEM: When building a large spec building, Trammell Crow has always had the problem of how to divide or install the heating system to meet all their future tenant’s needs. They were constantly moving and re-piping unit heaters to meet these needs.
SOLUTION: Ace Air had used Air Energy’s ER systems in several other buildings they had done. By putting the ER systems in the corners, they eliminated any future need to move the systems regardless of how the building’s space was subdivided. Along with not moving the systems, they also decreased the natural gas cost to their tenants.
